If your temps are above 85F or below 55 F Please choose Hold for pick to ensure safe delivery and guaranteed Live arrival.
If you choose to not select hold for pickup when your Temps are unsafe please understand that your Superworms may by DOA and we will not replace them.
To make sure supers are held for pickup we ship directly to your local post office (the label will still have your name and address on it). We find that just writing "Hold for pickup" rarely works and can be a frustration for customers and us.
