After paying 15% of the full payment, please allow 4-8 weeks of production time - this is the standard waiting time.
Goods in stock can be picked up after an appointment has been made (please find out more before purchasing).
At your request, we will deliver to your place of residence or any other location of your choice. In this case, we will commission a forwarding agent to dispatch the goods. The dispatch takes place in the original packaging through a forwarding agent and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and the customer's telephone availability, in rare cases up to 2 weeks). Delivery costs are £0.00 within the United Kingdom. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time takes approx. 1 week longer), however, the shipping costs will be higher. Please find out more information before purchasing. Orders are delivered to the customers' specified address (gate or main entrance). A two-men moving team is available upon request.
We offer a self-pickup service, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new product directly from any one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of £0.00 will be charged. The collection takes place by appointment only.
The remaining amount may be transferred before the goods are dispatched (a notification email is sent in advance before the goods arrive), paid to the shipping company upon delivery (the customer pays the cash-on-delivery fee of 5%, or at least £45.00 in this case), or directly at one of our furniture stores (by appointment only).
