All torn books come with acid-free tape for  repair - It is very very  fine thin tape. (Persevere!) and so it is sent with a lip of the backing still attached ? when you cut the tape ? ONLY CUT THE TAPE AND NOT THE BACKING, otherwise it?s a royal nightmare to separate the tape from the backing.

I am honestly very happy  to receive  offers if your means are small but your need is big; I  will  accept as much as I am able to within my own <3.
