What we have here is a Canon FD 70-210mm f4 lens with a Canon EOS adaptor with glass lens converter, so this will infinity focus with Canon EOS cameras. You will not have any autofocus or metering etc, you have to use the lens in manual mode.
All in excellent condition except for the odd spec of dust inside.
