The chair
This model is surplus stock and has a very comfortable tipping seat. This chair is in good condition, but is second user and therefore may show minor signs of wear on the plastic components. The fabric and upholstery is brand new.
This chair comes with:

Please note; the chair comes in component form and must be assembled in situ.

These chairs are designed to be fitted to the floor. Fixings are provided free of charge for either concrete or timber - please specify when ordering. Also please see note on installation below.

However, if you collect from our factory in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, you can try out the chairs first in our luxury showroom and one of our technicians can advise on the best assembly method for your installation.
Installation
These are commercial products that are not normally for retail sale, they therefore do not come with Assembly or Installation instructions. Only very competent trade or DIY people - with a wide variety of tools - should attempt to carry out the work. We do not accept any responsibility for accident, injury to the person and damage to the product through incorrect or poor Installation and Assembly.
However, professional, fully insured contractors are available to carry out the installation work, please contact us for a quote.
We are also able to provide drawing and design services via CAD, please send us the dimensions of your room and a rough location of where you would like the chairs and we can tell you exactly how many chairs will fit, at a cost of £55 per plan.

Payment to be made by Paypal, cheque, postal order or cash on collection.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 7 days in writing. If we cannot rectify the problem, we will accept returns and refund. Cost of return carriage is the responsibility of the buyer. All items returned must be in the original condition and in the original packaging. Returns must be intact & in the condition in which they were sent out.
For items are that are steam cleaned or upholstered to order, Distance Selling Regulations do not apply and therefore we do not accept returns that are due to a change of mind.
If the item you have purchased has been customised for you in any way - including having the chairs upholstered in a certain colour that was not in stock or steam cleaned - then our returns policy does not apply and refunds would be at our discretion.
Returns policy does not apply to customers that have visited our showroom and/or collected goods from our warehouse.
