Brand new. The inner label tag is purpelish from how it was stored. It is "One Size Fits All", however the waistband lacks elastic and does fit bigger than usual. Please make sure to double check the measurements: 

Waist at rest: 32"  

Waist stretched: 36" 

Estimated rise when worn: 6"

Composed of a silky material. 100% polyester.
