Large Corner Laundry Basket for SALE!!!

These pictures are for reference purposes only and are NOT of the actual basket you will receive as this is my own. It will be the size as listed here etc but may not have the three middle waling bands.

As the pictures are of my very first corner laundry basket that I made of the same size and shape which I use and keep to this day twenty eight years ago. So you can see how well they last!!

Hand made by an experienced English Basket maker of 33 years, using willow from the Somerset levels.

These are nothing like the cheaper inferior imported rubbish quality items you find in the shops everywhere these days.

This is English willow which has over a 70 year life span, not like cane 30 years, Sea grass 5/6 years the lids always fall apart firstly. I put twisted tie's on the lids sides to keep it secure together, please look at the pictures.

Super light weight strong and robust which will last a life time no need to ever purchase another.

This has been made in the traditional English Randed weave (single rod weave). This is the strongest weave and more time consuming as so makes it the more expensive weave. Some people just prefer the look of one woven pattern to the other, this is normally just personal preference. It has a plywood base but it is not really seen as the layers of upsetting to get the stacks upright to weave in between cover this, as seen in the pictures.

It will be wrapped up securely for the 48 hour parcel force delivery service which is tracked, insured and signed for.

Cost is £15 delivery within most UK destinations. I have put EBay global shipping on this item but am not sure of this full cost to you as it is not shown my end. But think it is around £70/80 if I send my self and their might be taxed abd customs if I personally send. But global shipping I think covers this. Dont quote me on this though.
