This is the Limited Edition 278/ 1750 G/P (Gallery Proof). This has been signed and numbered on the bottom right of the canvas although the signature is a little faded.

The bottom left of the canvas has the Thomas Kinkade seal as you can see from the photos. The frame does have some nicks here and there. This is going to come in the Thomas Kinkade Brandy Frame and would be a great addition to your home or even make a nice gift for someone!
