Yes sometimes things do go wrong but this can be down to many things, incorrect model, more than one fault on the bike Changes to the bike from non standard + others. This needs not be a problem please talk to us and we will try to work things out to a satisfactory conclusion on both sides. We are open Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm and will answer any questions as soon as we can. We have a 2 day dispatch time so once your order is placed we will dispatch within 48hrs the day after you have placed your  if not sooner
