For sale is a beautiful Chinese Miniature Yixing teapot.
Late 19th Century.
Wonderful shape with floral and animal decoration.
Bottom signed 紫砂 for purple sand.
Lid signed 永慶 for yong qing.
The handwritten signature is not readable for me (hong?).
The teapot was bought by a Belgian architect in Bejing between 1905 and 1910.
I guarantee that the piece is older than 1910.
A similar teapot was sold at Christies in Amsterdam in 2010.
