Extremely rare Framus 5/18 H Hawaii Concert Parlor from 1964 in very good condition.  The flat top guitar plays like a mini Dreadnought Parlor that can be used both with steel or classic strings. There are new GHS Silk & Steel strings on it.

With its 48mm nut width it has a more classic guitar feeling than steel string. Good for a more Chet Atkins style of playing.  Solid maple top and laminated body.  Straight maple neck with fully working truss rod. Low action. Frets are at 80%. It has some marks, dents and scratches but in Overall in a very good working condition. Comes with a softcase.
