Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase
Payment must be received within 3 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions.
If payment is not received within 4 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed
You will be notified on the day that your goods have been dispatched via e-mail
Items dispatched will have a tracking number provided
Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave feedback. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problems.

Returns:
The customer has 30 days to return genuinely faulty parts. The buyer is responsible for return costs. All our parts are security marked. The parts must be returned in the condition they are sent. Any interference with our parts or the security markings will make your warranty void. A refund will be issued once the parts are tested and the security markings checked.

All returns and cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the item sale price.
