VINTAGE CONN EAGLE TRADEMARK C MELODY SAXOPHONE MOUTHPIECE - HR, LARGE CHAMBER.

This listing is for a vintage Conn 'eagle/trademark' C melody saxophone mouthpiece. This is the type of mouthpiece that would have been included with a New Wonder model C melody sax. It dates to the 1920's, or thereabouts. The design is typical of that era. It has a very large round chamber, and deeply scooped inner side walls. The tip opening is fairly close. It measures in at .060". This mouthpiece is made of hard rubber, not plastic. It is in overall good used condition. The tip, table, and rails are perfectly smooth, and there is no tooth wear on the beak. There are some scratches and scuffs on the exterior, and the rubber is a bit discolored from age. Also, the logo is worn, but still visible. It has not been cleaned/sanitized.
