The person from whom this picture was procured, lived in the same yard as Dennis Brown, 135 Orange Street for over 40 years.  He says the picture is circa 1961 and he can confirm this with Dennis Brown's aunt Claire who currently lives in Boscobel St Mary. Penny he says, had migrated to Canada.
