GSXR 1000 Main Bearing Studs.

SAE Outlaw Performance heavy duty main bearing studs.

Our studs are made from ultra high strength heat treated premium aircraft steel and feature rolled threads for maximum strength. The kit comes with 12 point high strength nuts.

The studs are broached for easy installation and removal. We have used several other companies  studs in the past, and like everyone we were not happy with the quality and strength. Our studs have superior strength over the other name brands.

They install easy with no case drilling like other brands. We use superior materials that allow the diameter of the studs to remain 9mm and have better strength than the oversized studs.

Torque the studs to 23-25 ft lbs with molybdenum lube. Install the studs into the cases using a few drops of oil and tighten to 8-10 ft lbs. Even though our studs can be torqued to 35 ft lbs safely, we do not recommend going that high as it can crush the cases and distort the bearing clearances.
