  • For payments by check, never send it alone, include in your mail: your Ebay nickname, the reference of the object and the date of purchase. After cashing it, unfortunately following the many "wooden" checks, the products will be sent to you.

  • Our products are shipped in solid packaging (bubble envelope, boxes, etc.).
  • Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from Monday to Friday, depending on the method of payment.
  • Shipping costs include: Postage, packaging and of course the time spent at the Post Office!!!

Return

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, the products must be resaleable (new condition in their packaging). Returned cosmetic products must be capped, sealed and in no case have been used in order to preserve hygiene rules in accordance with Ebay rules, if these conditions are not respected, the products cannot be refunded to you. Underwear will not be taken back or exchanged. the return costs will remain at your expense.
