1) Group head thermometer + detachable group head thin flat sensor ideal to measure temperature of metal surfaces. 
A 3 layers adhesive patch is pre attached to the sensor for easy application. It's made of Kapton + aluminum + chrome for seamless aesthetic.
2) Detachable portafilter sensor + extension wire to easily switch between the group sensor before pulling a shot.
The portafilter sensor is placed above the coffee puck before locking in the portafilter.
It measures the actual water extraction temperature.
You will be able to correlate the group head temperature to the actual extraction temperature.
When it wears over time, replace the second protective skin of the portafilter sensor with the provided Kapton tape.

3) Metal enclosure support fixed to the left side bolt of the group head and a double tape will reduce heat transfer from the boiler.


Thermometer description:
Custom made thermometer specifically designed for measurement of the group head temperature of post '74 La Pavoni lever espresso coffee machines (Europiccola and Professional with
group head fixed by two bolts. Pre '75 models doesn't have the bolt for the metal case)
It has a flat and fast sensor ideal to measure metal surfaces and an high temperature resistant thin wire.

Included some centimetres of spare part tape (aluminium+Kapton+chrome)

1 sec refresh time.
Max temperature reading: 110°C


Espresso taste is very sensitive to water temperature. You can feel the taste difference even with a 1° degree variation. 
Without a group head thermometer, it's like to be blind about the actual extraction temperature.
It's even more important in a Pavoni machine where the group head can have very large temperature variations.
The group head temperature acts like a reference point. With the same temperature, you will get a consistent taste.

Both shipping methods use the Italian postal service (www.poste.it) and they will be delivered by the national postal service of the country of destination.
Delivery time for both methods is the same (note that eBay estimates are not correct and too optimistic).
On average it will take about 2-3 weeks for Europe/UK/Canada/US and may take a couple of weeks more for the rest of the World. Precise delivery time is unpredictable, it depends on the country of destination.

In case of delivery problems (address etc..), you may contact your nearest postal office for information about the
the mail. If it can't be delivered, it will be automatically returned to the sender after some time.
