Manufactured by Villeroy & Boch in Germany comes the Mettlach white Phanolith relief Genoveva brooch / pendant on a blue background. It comes with an approximate 22 inch (60 cm.) silver chain and setting. Issued in 1981, this example of Mettlach jewelry measures approximately 1 ¾” by 1 ½”. The reverse of the brooch/pin has the Mettlach Tower backstamp as well as a clasp. The edition was limited to the production for the year. Some tarnishing is evident.
