Interior is in very good shape. 130 unnumbered pages including 23 pages of ads at the rear. Entirely illustrated, no text other than title page, captions, and colophon.

A completely different group of buildings from the first edition of 1932, with drawing of several proposed buildings and Maurice Fatio's own home, including an interior photo of the library.

A survey of the mid-late 1930s Florida homes for the wealthy created by the well respected firm of Treanor & Fatio. Fatio, the more famous of the two, was Swiss-American architect, once voted the most popular architect in New York.
