What's Included?
This is a CRS A001 cash drawer lock and 2 keys. It comes with the locking clip for the backside of the lock.

What Does It Fit?
It fits some, but not all, 13 inch cash drawer models from Star Micronics, EchoPOS by M-S, and CRS with an A001 on the lock face where the key is inserted.
Specific models are shown at the bottom of this listing.
If you've broken a key off in the lock there are a few possible ways, listed below, to remove the damaged lock. Once the drawer is open, you can remove the retaining clip on the backside of the lock and it should come out. Installation is the reverse.
- Use the Drawer Kick Feature of the POS Printer (if applicable) to open the drawer
- See if there's a manual release/open mechanism on the bottom of the drawer
- Remove the screws on the bottom of the drawer and carefully move the bottom plate enough to get a hand in and remove the clip
