Nice vintage tool here with no cracks that I can see

It’s in working condition and there’s not a lot of rust it was in a nice basement in Chicago when I found it it has a mount so that you can mount it to a table bench or truck one side has a nut and bolt on the other side has a little plug or slug that you knock out

it’s kind of heavy
