Size guide
Bioflow Sport products are silicone and designed to stretch over your hand. Please remember that the tighter the size you buy for your wrist, the more stretch it will require to fit over your hand, creating more pressure to the magnet housing seal.
Measure around your wrist using a tape measure. If you are between sizes we recommend that you go up a size. For example, if your wrist measures 18cm then you might want to choose a Medium Sport wristband. Please order a size that fits comfortably and is not restrictive.
PLEASE NOTE: Bioflow products should not be worn by anyone fitted with a heart pacemaker or other implant that could be affected by a strong magnetic field. Bioflow Sport wristbands are made of silicone. Silicone allergy is rare but those who experience it may have symptoms such as rashes and inflammation. Often, any reaction experienced is non-allergic and can be resolved or prevented by following our wear and cleaning guidelines
Although these wristbands are waterproof, you must regularly clean your band and wrist, especially after exercise or sweating. Rinse the band with water. Do NOT use hand soap, body soap, dish soap, hand sanitisers, cleaning wipes or household cleaners, which could get trapped beneath the band and irritate skin. Always dry the band and your wrist well before putting it back on.
To remove build up of any products (such as sunscreen, insect repellent and moisturisers) that can be trapped beneath the band, we recommend that you use a very mild soap free cleanser. Rinse thoroughly and dry well.
It is not good to wear a wet band for a prolonged period. If your Bioflow Sport gets wet, for example after sweating or swimming/showering/bathing, rinse and dry it thoroughly before putting it back on your wrist.

Our next day delivery service is very popular – as it means you get your goods within an extremely short timeframe! Priority dispatch is available on all items for a small additional fee, and you can, therefore, expect to receive goods from us on the next working day if ordered before our order cut-off time (Monday to Friday). Problems with Postage?
We aim to ensure that all our items arrive with you in the condition you expect and within the timescales you choose. Whether we dispatch via Royal Mail or alternative courier, we endeavour to dispatch to you under the services you opt for without fail. However, there may be rare circumstances, whereby you do not receive such items as you may have reasonably expected. If you have not received your items within the timeframe – We will liaise with you and our couriers as far as we possibly can.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if it is not suitable for any reason, we are happy to refund your purchase providing it is:
- Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- In original undamaged packaging with all tags intact, the product is in the same condition as how you received it.
You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and during transit. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned. If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please follow our returns instructions or contact our customer care team as soon as possible so they can advise you further. Except for faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase after 30 days of receiving your order, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund.
In an unlikely event of an item being received damaged or faulty, you have 30 days from the date of receiving the order to report this.
How do I return an item?
We want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us so, if you change your mind for any reason, you can report an unopened item to us for Return within 30 days of receiving the order. To arrange a return please contact us via eBay and we will provide you with returns information. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason for the return. You will need to pack the item securely and include a completed copy of issued returns form. Please note we do not provide a prepaid label for returns unless the item is defective.
When will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund once we receive the item back, it usually takes up to few working days to inspect.
