IF ANY OF MY UNITS ARE OPENED THEN RETURN REQUESTED FOR ANY REASON, I GUARANTEE YOU YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PENNY BACK SO IT ACTUALLY BENEFITS ME WHEN YOU TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME.
