This part is compatible with both the Fitbit Alta & Alta HR, to complete the repair you will need:

- Pry Tool

- Patience and a steady hand

There's a black bit of tape covering the connector, please remove this before inserting your LCD ribbon into your Fitbit, once the ribbon is inserted you can re-apply the black tape on top to secure the ribbon to the connector.
