HOW TO USE: Black Seed can be taken as a supplement on its own, mixed with honey or can be sprinkled on cereals, muesli and salads. It can also be added to bread, baking and shakes. For maximum flavour and benefit, simply sprinkle 1 to 2 teaspoons over your meal.

Black Seed (also known as Nigella Seed or Kalonji) is derived from the fruit of the annual flowering plant known as Nigella Sativa, in the family Ranunculaceae. This superfood is a natural rich source of TQ (Thymoquinone), antioxidants, Vitamin B complex, Calcium, Zinc, iron, antioxidants, minerals , Omega 6, Omega 9 and essential fatty acids. Nigella Seed is renowned for its culinary flavour and medicinal uses and has been considered as a miracle cure for a diverse range of ailments for thousands of years. For this product, we use Australia Post standard parcel service (with tracking) or a range of couriers through Sendle (with tracking) and delivery takes approximately 1 to 6 business days after dispatch. My Natural Beauty’s Return and Refund Policy is very simple: If there is a fault with your purchase we will assist you with a quick and easy resolution. Items must remain unopened, not used and returned in original packaging. Please ensure you contact us prior to returning and report any faults within 14 days of delivery. All products are inspected for faults prior to shipping. If there is a fault when received please provide us with photo evidence ASAP (or within 14 days).
