Tips: About the Bose Sound Dock, this item cannot support the First Generation Bose SoundDock speaker due to the dock port can not offer 5V power. If you check the sticker on the bottom, above the serial number, it should say the name of your Sound Dock system. If it does not mention the words "Series" or "Portable" then it is a Series I. The easiest way to tell if you have a Bose series I dock is if it has an AUX/AUDIO IN connection in the back of the dock. If it doesn't have an AUX input, then it is a Bose Series I. According to some buyers' testing, this item can work in Sound Dock Portable Digital Music System, Sound dock II Digital Music System and Sound Dock 10 Digital Music System.

Operation:

1. Plug the adapter directly in the 30 Pin Jack of the Dock speaker, and set the "iPod" play mode in the speaker. Some speakers do not have iPod mode, so you do not need to do this setting. If the dock speaker can power the adapter, you can see the small power led indicator(Blue) will light up.
2. Use the Bluetooth of phone/ tablet/ computer to search the adapter, the name is "iphone dock", select it to pair directly, do not need to enter any pairing code.
3. After pairing successful, you can play music in the speaker wirelessly.
