1. We are ship to worldwide from China, We hope it arrive on time but since this is an international delivery, shipping time will be highly depended on the courier company and local customs/duties. Thank you for your understanding! ​

2. Because of undeliverable address, non-refundable shipping if the package returned back .If you want to change the address, please contact us immediately after your payment. 

3. We will not take any responsibility for the customs clearance in destination country. If you are not sure about the procedure and document required for importation, please consult with your local customs. 

4. There might be importing tax/charge and VAT occurred in the destination customs. It is not included in the price and we will not be responsible for the cost. ​

5.  We will declare the lower price on the invoice/shipping lable to help avoid custom duty. If the parcel still need to pay tax/charge and VAT, seller won't bear the cost.

Warranty

1. Please kindly contact us before return of the product. In some cases, the claimed defects are actually due to improper method of usage and some other reasons that might be solved with our technical support.  

2. We will repair for you without any charge within 3 months, but you need bear the logistics cost. 

3. The warranty is not available once the products are damaged by improper use on the buyer's end.
