At your request, we will deliver to your place of residence or any other location of your choice. In this case, we will commission a forwarding agent to dispatch the goods. The dispatch takes place in the original packaging through a forwarding agent and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and the customer's telephone availability, in rare cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs are free within the United Kingdom. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time takes approx. 1 week longer), however, the shipping costs might be higher. Please find out more information before making an order. Purchases are delivered to the customer's specified address (gates or main entrance). A two-men moving team is available upon request.
We offer a self-pickup service, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new product directly from any one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of GBP 0.00 will be charged. The collection takes place by appointment only.
The remaining amount is either transferred before the goods are dispatched (you will receive a notification email in advance before the goods arrive) or paid directly to the shipping company upon delivery (the customer pays the cash on delivery fee of at least 5%, GBP 45.00 in this case) or you pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (by appointment only).
