We offer a 30 days return policy for our products. We stand behind our products. Items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. We are not responsible for any purchase after 30 days period. 

The item which is returned due to wrong order placed / change of mind return will be charged a $10 restocking fee.

Item must be returned to our return address before any refund can be issued.

When returning the item the buyer must provide their name and eBay ID with the item so we can identify it in our system.

Items must be returned in their original condition, to qualify for a refund. Modification to hardware, modifications to the software, or third-party repairs Void warranty.

Please delete any sensitive data before returning a device, we take no responsibility for lost data which will be erased during the return/refund process.

Buyers to return an item and once received into our facility it may take between up to 5 business days to process a return, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances of the case.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, it takes up to 5 business days. Deliveries through this service can be tracked using the tracking number via Australia Post's Website.

If your PayPal account failed to provide us with a confirmed address or if it is an unverified account, we may not accept your Payment for our risk assessment system detects it unsafe to do so.

Unpaid auctions will be reported to eBay.
