No more than 500 coins could possibly have this pedigree. Since very few people will submit sealed sets, the population will be very low for this pedigree. This coin has been ethically harvested from a sealed set. I have the sets shipped to me from africa and that is expensive to do. Next, I mail the sets to NGC still sealed in sets and that is costs. I am selling these very close to a break-even price.
The pictures don't do this coin justice. This coin has been struck with dies made with a new technique. The dies have been laser etched to impart an incredible surface image (like the galaxy in the background).
This is hard to describe and even harder to photograph. This coin has the same type effect as the archosaur coins have.

The mint released the following info about the set that this coin comes from: In 2019, a special edition Crown set is introduced, containing the R2 1oz crown which depicts the earth as seen from a vantage point above the moon. The Apollo 11 module as well as the lunar lander is depicted along with the dates 1964 and 1965 (the years of the Ranger missions), 1969 (the year of the first moon landing) and 2019 (the year in which the 50th anniversary of the first lunar landing is commemorated). A 1oz fine-silver Krugerrand featuring a lunar lander as a privy mark also forms part of this set.
