This is a used 2005 Jakks Pacific Fly Wheel with a speed meter included. There are two wheels, two pull cords and two wheel holders in this lot. One of the holders shows the speed the wheel reaches on take off. Sorry, no instructions but the panel still shows modes and speed. Happy launching!
