After paying 15% of the full payment, please allow 4-8 weeks of production - this is the standard waiting time.
Goods in stock can be picked up after an appointment has been made (please find out more before purchasing).
At your request, we will deliver to your place of residence or any other location of your choice. In this case, we will commission a forwarding agent to dispatch the goods. The dispatch takes place in the original packaging through a forwarding agent and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and the customer's telephone availability, in rare cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs are 0.00 GBP (or equivalent) within the United Kindom. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time takes approx. 1 (one) week longer), however, the shipping costs will be higher. Please find out more information before purchasing. Orders are delivered to the customers' specified address (gate or main entrance). A two-men moving team is available upon request.
We offer a self-pickup service, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new product directly from any one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of £0.00 will be charged. The collection takes place by appointment only.
The remaining amount is either transferred before the goods are dispatched (you will receive a notification email in advance before the goods arrive) or paid directly to the shipping company upon delivery (the customer pays the cash on delivery fee of at least 5%, or £45.00 in this case).
