We do not produce in bulk, but "Just in Time" after a customer has won an auction. After receiving the 15% Deposit, please allow 12-16 weeks for production - this is also the usual waiting time. For in-stock items (please inquire before finalizing your purchase), the goods can be picked up by appointment.

At your request, we will deliver to your place of residence or another place of your choice, for this purpose we will commission a forwarding company to send the goods. The shipment is made in original packaging by a forwarding company and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and availability of the customer by phone, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs within the United Kingdom are FREE OF CHARGE. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (shipping time will take about 1 week longer). There are higher shipping costs, please inform yourself before buying. Orders are delivered to the customers' specified address (gate or main entrance). A two-men moving team is available upon request. In principle, we offer a pickup of the goods, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new product directly from one of our warehouses. In this case, a removal fee of 0.00EUR will be charged. The pickup will be made only by appointment.

The remaining amount may be transferred before the goods are dispatched (a notification email is sent in advance before the goods arrive), paid to the shipping company upon delivery (the customer pays the cash-on-delivery fee of 5%, at least £45.00 in this case), or directly at one of our furniture stores (by appointment only).
