4S1P 14.8V/3S1P 11.1V/2S1P 7.4V 18650 Battery Holder Storage Box Case 4/3/2 Slot Charging
with Li-Ion PCM Protection Circuit Board DIY Power Container
Description:
This is a 18650 battery box with a protection circuit,Type 4S1P, 4pcs 18650 lithium batteries are protected in series, and the combined voltage is 14.8V./Type 3S1P, 3pcs 18650 lithium batteries are protected in series, and the combined voltage is 11.1V./Type 2S1P, 2pcs 18650 lithium batteries are protected in series, and the combined voltage is 7.4V.With this battery case, you can easily and quickly DIY the battery pack. After assembling the battery pack, the capacity remains unchanged, and the voltage is 4/3/2 times that of a single battery! This product has excellent technology and quality, and is the ideal choice for DIY battery pack and refitted equipment power supply.
Notice:
1> Wrong polarity placement may cause dangerous accident in charging and discharging!!!
2> All batteries that make up the battery pack must keep the same characteristics (including brand, model, capacity, internal resistance, remaining power, etc.), This product will enter the protection state after each installation combination or disassembly and reassembly, resulting in no output! Don't worry, the protection can be released by charging.

Tips:
Because it is a battery case with 4/3/2 batteries connected in series, the protection circuit is one, so in the process of removing and installing the battery will cause voltage instability, the instantaneous voltage is not 14.8V/11.1V7.4V, in this case will cause a protection, Once protected, there is no voltage output, At this point, only need to lift the protection status can be restored to normal.
How to remove the protection status?
The principle of lifting protection is to add a greater than or equal to the battery pack voltage at the output end of the battery pack to make the protection board exit the protection state.
After the battery is inserted, it causes protection without output. Solution:(Take 3S1P as an example)
Method 1: Use a 12.6V lithium battery charger, the red line is connected to the positive terminal of the charger, the black line is connected to the negative terminal of the charger, charge the battery pack to lifting protection. Generally, the protection can be released in 1-3 seconds.
Method 2: Instantaneous short-circuit between the output positive electrode (red wire) and the negative electrode of the battery pack can release the protection state. Take 3S1P as an example: use the red wire (P+) to momentarily contact the solder joint of B2 (battery #3 negative pole), and the protection state can be released. (Note: this operation will produce a slight spark, it is normal)
Other causes of protection and removal methods:
1, Over charge protection: remove the charger;
2, Over discharge protection: connect lithium battery charger, charge to each battery 3.3V above;
3, Over-current protection: remove the load that caused overcurrent;
4, Short circuit protection: remove the cause of the short circuit.
