Book was purchased new from LCGS and is unread. This would be a good book to get slabbed. The book is raw grade,direct edition. Though not a professional grader, I would consider the book to be in Near Mint condition, though one should allow for variances related to grade value interpretations. Ultimately, you are paying for the perceived value of the book and fair market value, not a letter/# grade. Comic will ship bagged and boarded.
