W.H. Grindley & Co. DAFFODIL Brown Aesthetic 8 ¼” Salad Plate

Offering a beautiful antique salad plate by W. H. Grindley in the Daffodil brown pattern, c. 1882. The Aesthetic transfer pattern features an outer band of daffodils with a central lake scene with boat, large daffodil and house.  Back displays the W.H. Grindley trade mark stamp and the English Registry stamp dating the plate to January 7th, 1882

 

Plate measures 8 ¼” diameter

 

In very good antique condition, plate has a very small chip/flake on edge as shown, please see all photos
