All parts were taken from working Tv's with broke screens but with that being said.....sometimes during teardown items may get bumped around. We would never sell any part that we don't believe works as intended.  

In the unlikely event that one of our products arrives to you and is deemed to be faulty, contact must be made to inform us of said issue. We will do our best to remedy the problem by either sending an alternate/suitable part in exchange or offer you a refund once the part is returned to us and found to be faulty. 

Please match with part number and not TV model as manufactures use many different boards.
