In the case of goods in stock (please inform yourself before completing the purchase), the goods can be picked up by appointment.
At your request, we will deliver to your place of residence in or another location of your choice, for this purpose we commission a forwarding agency to dispatch the goods. The shipment takes place in original packaging with a forwarding agency and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and the customer's telephone availability, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs are 0.00 GBP within the United Kingdom. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (shipping time is approx. 1 week longer). There are higher shipping costs, please inform yourself before buying. The delivery is carried out to the place of your residency.
Basically, we offer a collection of the goods, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new product directly from one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of 0.00 GBP will be charged. Collection takes place by appointment only.
The remaining amount is either transferred before the goods are dispatched (you will receive an information email in good time when the goods arrive) or paid directly to the shipping company prior to delivery (the cash on delivery fee of 5% at least 45.00 GBP is paid in this case by the Customer) Or you pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
