Original vintage juggler marionet puppet from Rajasthan made from sari and shiny metallic fabrics and hand painted wood, and wearing traditional jewellery.

This unusual puppet features a trick that causes the head to 'flip' upside-down causing the puppet to appear to be juggling its own head on it's feet.

This is not one the usual tourist puppets, but a unique traditional piece.

The strings need untangling.

These marionets come without wooden sticks.

The puppeteers would attach the strings to their fingers and bring the dolls to life this way with great skill.

Amazing to watch!
