All orders are processed the next working day after payment has been received and we send most items via Royal Mail. If you have a large or heavy item it will come via private courier or Fed Ex, both of which will require you to be there to sign for the delivery, so do make sure someone will be in at the delivery address.

If a delivery attempt has been made by Royal Mail, you can contact them direct using the details on the card (we cannot do this for you) to arrange for the parcel to be delivered to your local post office for collection.

Next Day Delivery

If you want to get your order quickly, please call us and we can arrange a next day delivery) we would need to know before 1pm. We will quote you a total price for the delivered item(s).

If you need to return your order, please email or call us first.

We will give you all the information you need to return it and to make sure the return is processed as quickly as possible.

If your item is faulty, we will send you a replacement.

Returns Of Items Once Delivered

You can return any item to us in its original condition and packaging for a full refund provided you have notified us in writing within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return postage. Upon receipt all goods will be checked prior to issuing a refund and if the item is found to have been damaged in any way other than through faulty workmanship, the item will be returned to you and no refund will be given. Please therefore ensure that you package your returns properly.

Should you wish to exchange for a different size or colour, you will be responsible for the return postage and the redelivery costs, which will be advised prior to sending the replacement.
