We ship your product via Australia Post eParcel Couriers. We provide full insurance and tracking information so your delivery is safe and protected.
A signature is usually required upon delivery so please let us know if your item is OK to leave in the event you will not be home to sign for it. A business address is preferable as there will always be someone there to accept delivery.
If your item is unable to be delivered because no one is home to sign the item will be taken to the closest Post Office for collection. A card will be left in your box. All items are very carefully and safely packed to eliminate damage in transit. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged we will make arrangements to have the item returned and replaced.
