Our accepted payment method is PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay directly with your credit card through PayPal without an account.
Your prints are made-to-order and It currently takes us 1 to 5 days to print and prepare them. Shipping will commence immediately after your order has been produced by our shop.
Our customers in the United Stated can expect full tracking with USPS on all orders. Shipping ETA is generally 3-7 days after your order has been dispatched from our shop.
Small orders (1 or 2 items) are shipped via regular postage with Canada Post. Orders that contain more than two items will receive full tracking and expedited service. Canadian ship times are generally 3-9 days after we dispatch your order (remote locations may be longer).
**IMPORTANT**
PLEASE ensure that your shipping address is correct and up to date on your order. This includes suite numbers, building letters/numbers, p.o. boxes, etc. Orders outside of Canada and the USA are NOT TRACKED. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered to your international location for any reason. Refunds will NOT be issued for any international orders that are not delivered using standard delivery. International/expedited tracking may be available to your country at an additional cost. Please inquire.
Please understand that shipments MAY be delayed if customs decide to inspect your shipment, pick their nose, or whatever else they do to make peoples lives difficult! Also keep in mind that your country may or may not charge you applicable sales tax when importing your order (this is outside of our control).
Shipping to international destinations (outside Canada and US) is generally 1-4 weeks after your order has been dispatched. Depending on the destination and customs, this could take longer. We have no control over the shipping efficiency with international deliveries. If you are located outside of the USA and Canada please contact us if you cannot wait 1-6 weeks for your order to be delivered. There are other (and VERY expensive) shipping options.
Items returned as undeliverable may be reshipped at buyers expense or refunded minus shipping and costs to have the item delivered back to us. This is usually around shipping + $5.
No tax for all customers in the USA! Zip, zilch, nada. You will not be charged any additional fees or taxes at any time during the order process or upon delivery. No extra fees what-so-ever. How cool is that?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our shop and for hygienic reasons - we do not facilitate returns however if we have made a mistake with your order please let us know immediately and we will make it right.
