Size: Cabinet height is about 7.5cm (approx 2.95")
Table height is about 3.7cm (approx 1.45")

Condition: 
New, in original plastic packaging, however due to the duration of storage, there are some nature wear and tear, discolorations or dust and dirt, etc. There are some spots on the cabinet windows as seen in the picture.
The card mat has some bend mark as well. See picture for details. 

Include original box and card mat as seen in the picture. 
Box has been flatten for ease of packaging.
