CONDITION:
Brand New in the original factory box!  This firebrick set is made from a totally different material and there is a huge difference in finish quality between it and the soft Brown Cerra firebrick & Black Ultra Flame firebricks that come with the stove and other aftermarket Cerra board replacements.  Fire-Tek™ firebricks are cut out individually on a on a computer controlled machine and each piece is hand finished & inspected prior to packaging.  They are dimensionally very precise and the overall quality is top notch.  Our local customers that have installed these sure do like them & so will you!  If you don't like them, you can return them for a refund. 
NOTE: The color that you get will be similar to the picture above.  

WARRANTY:
There is a 180 day/6 Months manufacturers warranty on this item, from the date of purchase. These firebricks typically last from 5 - 10 years. You will need to determine if it will work with your stove application. If you don't know if it will fit, remove and measure your existing firebrick. You can find your model and serial number under the hopper lid.

USA SHIPPING:
This item is heavy & bulky, so in order to help hold your costs down, we use economy shipping which can take up to 10 working days (14 calendar days) to arrive.  If you are going to need it sooner, you will need to choose an upgraded shipping option, which will result in an increase with the shipping costs.

--> ECONOMY -15.00   - You should get your item within 3-10 working days after it is shipped.  Shipping by FedEx Ground, SmartPost, UPS or USPS Parcel Select with tracking. If you use a PO Box, you must include your physical street address or choose Expedited shipping.    NOTE:  DO NOT RELY on the automated delivery time estimates by ebay. We have found them to be highly inaccurate and misleading! 

Average delivery working days for ECONOMY shipping starting the day AFTER the item ships: 
          WESTERN States = 3-5 DAYS
          MID WEST States = 4-7 DAYS
          EASTERN States = 5-10 DAYS
          NEW ENGLAND & SE States = 7-10.

  
         If you need your item sooner than this  -OR-  you live in AK or HI  -OR-  you can only provide a PO Box,  you will need to choose one of the Shipping methods below.

--> EXPEDITED -$27.00-  You should get your item within 2-4 working days after it is shipped.  EXPEDITED Shipping by USPS Priority.  PO Boxes accepted
--> EXPRESS -$65.00 -  You should get your item within 1-2 weekdays after it ships. NOT GUARANTEED .  Shipping is by USPS Express with tracking.  NOTE:  Regardless of what USPS and eBay says, it has been our experience that USPS Express usually takes 1-2 weekdays to deliver, NOT COUNTING THE DAY THAT IT SHIPS and occasionally longer.  *We do not recommend USPS EXPRESS if you live in rural and/or remote areas or do not have a major city (transportation hub) nearby.  In these cases, we recommend Priority.  In many cases, Priority will get it there just as fast.  We will not refund EXPRESS costs if USPS Express doesn't get it to you when you think they should.
--> 2nd EXPRESS  -$60.00 - You will get your item within 2 weekdays after it ships. FedEx 2nd Day Guaranteed. Lower 48 only. (Order must be received by Noon PST to ship same day. Weather permitting.) 

RETURNS:
If you need to return the part, you can return it UNUSED & NOT INSTALLED within 30 days for a refund. The shipping costs that we incur to get the item to you are not refundable. The part must be in an as received condition and can not have been installed on your stove or any other application. The part must be in the original box with all internal contents intact. Once you install the part, it becomes a used part and is not returnable, except under the terms of the manufacturers limited warranty.
