Batteries are provided and will hold a charge however duration cannot be guaranteed as these are consumables. Any differences will be noted in the description above.

This coupled with the fact that we operate from a warehouse means we can pass on the best possible price due to our lower overheads. What about after the sale?

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service both before and after sales. All systems are provided with a warranty as detailed in the description above. The systems can be cancelled orders, end-of-line stock, ex-lease, fully refurbished or returned orders. In many cases our products are actually less likely than brand new out the box kit to go wrong, as they've passed more tests.

Have the systems had their data removed?

All products have their hard drives completely wiped of any personal data and then restored ready for their new owner.

What if I'm not happy with the item?

If in the unlikely event that you're unhappy with an item please contact us immediately. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will do all we can to have a happy customer. A large part of our business is from word of mouth and our great feedback. You can look at our eBay feedback or have a search online for Manly Laptops. In the very unlikely event that you are not happy we will happily refund an item within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days we will repair or replace the item for you.
