HOW TO PURCHASE
1• Pick your model (by
selecting the relevant model from the drop down menu) and place order
for the items you need to repair.
FOR THE SAME DAY HIGH PRIORITY REPAIRING
SERVICE - we charge
additional fees.
ü If you want your device to be repaired and
dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Delivery Guaranteed
on the same working day when we received it- please select this option in the
drop-down menu as an add-on to the main repair, named '' Same day repair&
dispatch''. Please note - we can't do urgent repairs on Saturdays as the
local post office shut at 1:30 pm.
ü We accept IN-STORE
customers as well. Again for high-priority services we charge additional
fees.
ü We do COLLECTION IN PERSON as well. Again for high-priority services we charge additional fees.
2• Post your device after receiving email from us
3• we replace the glass with a new one of premium high quality.
Turnaround time - we'll
AIM to dispatch the device in the next working day, but depends on service
loading (queue).
4• we inform buyers about order accomplishment.
We ask for a return address and pre-inform the buyer with the delivery options.
5• we post the device(s) back to you on the
same day where possible (depending on workload)
6• Please include inside the package, Your
Name, Contact Number & Order Number!!
6• we ship your device back to you via Tracked
services!

AS IT WILL BE DISPOSED OF AS WE SHIP ALL ORDERS BACK IN OUR OWN PACKAGING.

We do any colour but please inform us
in order to make sure that we have your desired colour in stock.

Please, don't send bent or twisted
devices as we'll not be able to fit a new glass on it. Furthermore, YOU WILL
HAVE TO PAY BACK RETURNING POSTAGE.

Please, leave inside the parcel,
a piece of paper with the following details: YOUR EBAY NAME + ORDER NUMBER + CONTACT
DETAILS (OPTIONAL). This is to make sure for identification of the phone owner.

Please, contact us first in case the
device has additional issues.

ATTENTION
- during the back glass replacement procedure - we do not open devices at all
- because of this - we do not take any kind of responsibility for the device
functionality.

The device will be returned to the
owner in exactly the same working condition as it was delivered to
our repair service. The only job will be done - quality back glass replacement.

If for any reason your phone cannot be
repaired, there will be a standard £7.00 charge to cover time spent on it - by
purchasing this service you agree to this.
