Postage and Handling



We are located in Sydney, Australia and ensure quick 1 business day handling (or less) so that you can receive your product as soon as possible. We use SENDLE 250g if your order is under 250g and this service ships to your address. Otherwise we use Australia Post Standard Parcel Service (with tracking) or a range of couriers through SENDLE (with tracking). Delivery takes approximately 1 to 6 business days.



My Natural Beauty cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or stolen after delivery. If Australia Post or the courier has marked your item as "delivered", unfortunately My Natural Beauty cannot take responsibility for the item after that point. If you have any concerns for your item being left if not home, please choose the option for 'signature on delivery' so that you will be required to sign for it and it will not be left at your premises. Please also leave a note at checkout to alert us to this instruction. If you do not choose the ‘signature on delivery’ option at check out you are giving authority to leave your item in a safe place.

Return and Refund Policy 



Natural Beauty Products Return and Refund Policy is very simple: If there is a fault with your purchase we will assist you with a quick and easy resolution. Items must remain unopened, not used and returned in original packaging. Please ensure you contact us prior to returning and report any faults within 14 days of delivery. All products are inspected for faults prior to shipping. If there is a fault when received please provide us with photo evidence ASAP (or within 14 days). Please contact us through eBay messages within 14 days with the following:

1. A description of the fault.

2. If the item has leaked or appears to be damaged in transit. Please keep all the packaging and provide us with clear photos of the damage to the product, damage to the packaging and any other photos to demonstrate the issue.

We will decide based on the following if you will need to request a return under your order (whereby we require the item to be sent back) or if we provide you with other options without the need to send it back, depending on the issue. 



For change of mind purchases or if you ordered incorrectly, returns may be made at your cost if you agree to the following conditions only and at the sellers discretion. You must contact us prior to returning to gain approval for your return. Failure to do so may result in your return being rejected. If approved, the product must be unopened, in the same condition it was sent, not used and in all the original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% applies due to fees incurred by the seller as a part of the sale and the original shipping and handling costs incurred by the seller will not be refunded .Therefore your refund would be what you paid, minus 15% of that as well as the exact postage costs incurred by the seller to send you the item. If a new product is to be sent (an exchange) whereby there was no fault with the original purchase, postage and handling fees are at the cost of the customer. Therefore we recommend you choose correctly. Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances due to health and safety reasons unless there is a fault with the product.
