Shipping:
1 We could use ePacket, Speedpak, EMS, DHL,CHINA POST ,SINGAPORE POST.
2 We usually write "the product name" for declared to help you to don’t pay any kind of duty or tax.
For bulky item, we may write toy or sporing toy or sporting accessory on waybill,to avoid of your burdening more tax and duty
3 The packages can be sent out within 2 days time after payment arrived. If something special noted, we will contact and explain you.
4 The shipment is registered delivery and the waybill number can be tracked. By the way, the tracking information updating speed depends on different destination country.
All the packages sent using Registered Post always need wait about 4-7 days’ time for show information.
5 Arrival delay by Singapore post:
We cannot control if the post office have delay. Be patience because we will keep the contact for some special situation.
