Where I have made a serious error in the description I will accept returns including postage, items must be returned in the condition they were sent out within 7 days of receipt. If you do encounter a problem with the shipping or in case of damage in transit please contact me before leaving adverse feedback and I will attempt to sort it out for you. I aim to post the next working day after clearance of your payment. Please note that large and heavy items often take a little longer than quoted. I will not leave feedback until I have received yours, as I had a right couple of jokers ruin my 100% positive feedback.
