Genuine Turquoise Cabochons from the Kingman Arizona mine. The rough was purchased from a reputable US stockist and then hand shaped. The stone has been stabilised-about 96% of the worlds turquoise needs this treatment to harden it. Has nice polish. Backed with Devcon plastic steel epoxy, then epoxy was coated with Diamond matt coat since it can potentially rust. Pics have not been enhanced. 

Warning for turquoise buyers: There are lots of fake turquoise listed online ranging from Dyed Howlite or magnesite (worthless), reconstituted turquoise, composites, plastics, synthetics and cheapo Chinese material sold as North American. Beware.
